REGARDING WEBSITE PRICES & INVENTORY: Whilst we strive to update our inventory & prices when those change, please understand that we are a small independent business, not a franchise or part of a mega chain. We DO NOT HAVE an I.T service department or automated inventory system. Stock details are changed MANUALLY by our one slightly more I.T savvy casual worker when they are at work, are able to (i.e not serving customers on a busy day or shelving stock), & also are aware that a price needs to be put up if there’s been a price change, for example. This means that occasionally an item may be listed on the website at a slighter cheaper price than what that item now may be in store. If you come in-store & find that an item is slightly more expensive than what is listed online, that means the item price to us has gone up, we have been forced to raise the price accordingly, & the in-store price is now the current price of the product. We appreciate your understanding that: these things happen; that we are not on purpose being misleading; that once we know about a discrepancy we will adjust the online price when we can (when that 1 person is notified & is able to when at work); & that as a small business serving our community with already excellent prices whilst trying to remain afloat, that we are doing the best we can!
